Today was a long day. After work I had to come home and take a nap because I was exhausted. Luckily, my dad said he would pick up my kiddo since my husband is in Beaumont tonight.  I hate when he has to stay overnight.  He always wakes me up with a cup of coffee and even irons my clothes because he knows I'm practically useless in the morning. Tomorrow I'll need to pray to the Lord above to get me to my kid's daycare bus and my job on time.  I'll have to leave the house at 6:50 am!

Anyway, after my nap I had to go back to work and participate in an Open House for the parents.  I had to do two skits. I originally only had one skit to do, but one of the teachers couldn't make it and I ended up having to wing her part in her skit.  Of course, I was FABULOUS.  Then I was put on the spot to make an announcement about the Speech Club.  In a previous post, I ranted about how I wasn't going to do the Speech Club this year because I'm only one person and not a machine.  My boss caught me off guard and I had to announce that we will be having a speech club after school. Son of a Bitch!

Hopefully I'll be able to fall asleep quicker tonight.  I hate insomnia! It's so inconvienent!
